Switch Your Coffee from One Cup to Another

This is my personal favorite. To be honest, I like to prepare my cup of coffee or tea and immediately be able to drink it.

So, I use this method to be able to drink it in 10 to 15 seconds max.

It consists in getting two cups and switching the hot coffee from one cup to another about 10 times.

The hot steam will slowly (but surely) leave the cup each time you switch from one cup to another.

You can even gently blow the steam off.

Finish it off by leaving the coffee in the colder cup.

The con of this method is that the coffee will probably drip over the cup and make a bit of a mess.

That’s why I do this method over the sink.

Make Coffee Ice Cubes or Add Ice Cubes

You can add one or two ice cubs to your coffee.

The best idea here is to make a few coffee ice cubes for the week, so your coffee won’t be diluted with water.

Another solution is to make the coffee a bit stronger and consider adding the ice cube, that way when it melts, it will blend right into the right amount of coffee and still taste as strong as you’d like.

Just be careful not to dilute your coffee too much – you want to maintain that delicious flavor.

And if you’re feeling fancy, you can top your iced coffee with some whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Put It in the Fridge or Freezer

If you’re in a hurry and want to cool your coffee down quickly, the fridge might be a good place to start.

Just pour your coffee into a container and pop it in the fridge (or even the freezer) for a few minutes.

The cold air will quickly cool it down (and make it a bit thicker, too).

But be careful not to freeze your coffee entirely, or it’ll turn into an iced coffee slushie.

Add Cold Milk or Cream

Sometimes you just don’t have time to wait for your coffee to cool down.

In these cases, adding some cold milk or cream can help speed up the process.

The cold milk or cream will cool the coffee down while also adding a touch of sweetness and creaminess to your cup.

Not too bad, right?

Use a Coffee Sleeve

If your problem with a hot cup of coffee is simply the discomfort of holding it, then a coffee sleeve might solve the issue.

A coffee sleeve is usually a paper or paperboard sleeve that goes over your cup, and it helps to insulate the heat so that your coffee stays hot for longer.

It will also protect your hands from the heat of the cup.

So, the next time you’re carrying your coffee around, make sure to bring a coffee sleeve with you.

It’ll keep your coffee cold and your hands safe.

Use a Cold Brew

A cold brew is just coffee that’s been brewed cold, usually using a French press or a Mason jar. Or you can get a separate cold brew coffee maker.

It’s perfect for those hot summer days when you want something cold and refreshing to drink.

Plus, it lasts a lot longer than regular coffee – so you can enjoy it all day long.

Just Make a Frappe

A Frappe is a coffee-based blended iced beverage that is frequently served with whipped cream and other toppings.

A Frappe can be made with iced coffee or cold coffee.

If you are using cold coffee, you will need to make sure that it is very cold and that there are no lumps.

Pour the coffee into the blender and add the sugar, vanilla extract, and ice.

Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until the Frappe is thick and smooth.

A Coffee Chiller Might Come in Handy

It’s Monday, you woke up a bit late, and you don’t have time to relax and wait for your coffee to cool down.

If that happens a bit too often, you can consider getting a coffee chiller.

A coffee chiller is intended to quickly and effectively cool even boiling hot coffee. It can also make iced coffee really fast.

With the help of this useful gadget, you can always enjoy delicious room temperature coffee or tea.
