The coffee industry has changed so much in my lifetime. From when cappuccinos became very popular to now with cold press becoming prevalent, the industry keeps evolving because baristas come up with new ways of serving the most popular drink in the world.

Nitro Coffee
Nitro coffee first became a thing in 2016, only available in a select few coffee shops, but now it has become part of mainstream coffee culture.
